Comprehensive glazing
- We can give you an approximate quote based on your sizes and specification or we can come to your property and survey and price at no cost to you. Normally, to save everyone’s time it is advisable to give us a rough size so we can give you a ballpark price on your work before we visit your property.
- We will explain what is included in any quotation, what we will we do, how long the job will take and lead times.
- Once a price is agreed we require a 50% deposit for all work, you can pay by BACS, card, cash or cheque.
- We will arrange at time to fit your glass, usually Monday to Friday 9am-3pm but we can do out of hours fitting to suit your lifestyle. Please let us know if you would prefer evening or weekend service.
- If you live in area with restricted parking we will require you to supply us with parking permits or a suitable place to park. Any parking charges are to be met by the customer if you are unable to supply permits.
- If you require a delivery do not hesitate to ask, if you are local and have spent over an amount we will deliver for free, if not we can charge you a delivery fee to ensure your glass reaches it’s destination in the same condition it left the glassworks.
- Once the job is completed to your satisfaction the remaining balance must be paid.
- Please note that any glass or fittings remain the possession of A&B Glassworks until the balance is paid in full.
